Game Recap

Though the end of the match was a little disappointing, the Mississinawa Valley Lady Hawk volleyball team played hard against opponent Lehman Catholic in first round sectional tournament play. With good net play by Kelsie Hunt and Amanda Armstrong, and back row defense by MaKenna Price, Spencer Warren, and Mikayla Stump, MV put up a good fight most of the way. However, the Lady Cavaliers took the match after three sets, 18-25, 12-25, 9-25. Highs for MV were Sidnie Hunt 6 assists, Shaiann Livingston 3 assists, Madison Stachler 3 blocks, Amanda Armstrong 2 kills, MaKenna Price 13 digs, Kelsie Hunt 5 kills & 3 blocks, and Spencer Warren 12 digs & 2 kills. The Varsity Lady Hawks end the season with a record of 10-13.
